Single Track Jet Mill
Single Track Jet Mill is a horizontal jet mill suitable to mill hard and abrasive powders such as fine ceramics. Material of the inner liner can be selected from Al2O3, ZrO2, Si3N4, SiC etc. Simple inner structure makes disassemble, cleaning and washing easy.
Model
Materials are speeded up through venturi nozzle by a high-speed fluid discharged by pusher nozzle and enter into a milling zone.
In the milling zone materials are crashed and milled each other by the high-speed fluid discharged from grinding nozzle. After centrifugal force classify powders, fine powders are discharged from outlet and coarse powders are repeatedly milled in the milling zone.
