Factories for Custom Powder Processing
Tonegawa Factory
(ISO 9001 certified)
Mill (coarse - fine), dry, granulate, classify and mix are the main business. It especcialy has the world's best technology and know-how in milling and will surely be able to meet customers' requirements.
Hibikinada Factory
(ISO 9001 certified)
It has frozen milling facilities, recyling facilities for urethan form and food production facilities as well as facilities for ultrafine milling, classification, mixing and drying. It also undertakes design and fabrication of powder plants.
Nikko Factory
(ISO 9001 certified)
Its main theme is new product development and recyling. It produces recycle PET bottle powder and processes PTFE (fluorine resin) as well as producing user requested powders with its various milling technologies such as resin milling.
Yamaguchi Ube Kotobuki Factory
(FSSC22000 certified)
It has a whole production system from procurement to extraction, concentration, milling, classification, mixing, granulation, sterilization, pakcking and shipment to keep high quality management. Expecially in milling, it has established a technology that can control milled particle sizes from several μm to hundreds μm with materials difficult to be milled among health foods such as Ganoderma lucidum, Artemisia, chitin, chitosan.
Advantage of Custom Processing
・Required powders can be obtained without a lot of facility investment.
・Facility investment risks that short product lifecycle in the market may bring can be evaded.
・Diversifying production plants can reduce risks brought by earthquakes.
・We can offer required amount and required size of powders from several gram to several hundred ton per month.
・You don't need to concern about polution management such as dusts and noises.
・Even plastics, which are thought to be difficult to mill, can be milled to ultrafine powders.
・We also develop new materials and consult on particle design for you.
・We have a range of analyzers for powder measurement.
Data accompanying processed powders ensures stable products.
Example of Custom Processing
Our factories can carry out from ultrafine milling to coarse milling with jet mills and can handle with any powders including drugs, pesticides, functional powders, minerals, ceramics, pure metals, metal compounds, plastics, foods, food additives, fillers, and pigments. We have prided ourselves on being the best in the world in processing hundreds of kinds of powders a year. Here are a part of our experiences but please note only materials that are permitted to disclose by customers are listed.
