New-Gra Machine
New-Gra Machine is a basic machine which can be used for the latest technologies of coating and composite process as well as mixing, dispersion, and granulation in one process. There is a wide range of machines from 1L for lab use to 3000L for production, depending on the user's request.
Principle
- It has unique blades inside the cylinder. There are types of blades depending on the purpose of the process.
- By rotating the blades centrifugal force and shear force are imposed on particles and they move along the circumference of the cylinder. After a binder is added, the resitive force is gradually acting on the powders and unique granulation proceeds.
