Continuous Spin Air Sieve
Continuous Spin Air Sieve has achieved continuous classification of 10μm
ultra-fine powders.
Electroformed micro sieve as well as stainless woven
screen can be used.
With an optional ultrasonic generator much more
precise classification is available.
Feature
- The principle of sieving is not for vibrating a sieve but air dispersion by "spin air."
- Sieve screen is placed above materials, not below materials,
which minimizes contact of a screen and materials and sieve clogging
is very few.
- It can conduct continuous dry classification at 10μm. Electroformed sieves
can be used for precise classification.
- The shape of sieve is rectangle. Materials move to the longer direction,
and it makes classification efficient.
- As a preventive measure against screen clogging, there are pulses (4-6)
directly hitting a sieve frame.
- An optional ultrasonic generator enables much more precise countinuous
operation.
- We will design a feeder, cyclone, bag filter and blower most suitable
for your conditions.
- There are two models - 0840 (sieve size: 80×400mm) and 1680 (160×800mm). The model will be selected depending on the processing amount.
