Seishin Enterprise Co.Ltd., Japan has faced powder handling with instruments and devices based on its science and technology for half a century. At the time of our founding in 1968, we started to develop powder analytical devices such as a micron photo sizer, a light transmission centrifugal particle size distribution measuring instrument.
During the periods of such activity, we have recognized the importance in knowledge of the wide variety of powder materials, due to its base of many creative products around our social life. This makes us to involve into manufacturing functional powder materials, being supported with an aid of powder measuring instruments and devices. Now we have worked on the development of new equipment and devices focusing on automation system and its networking being suitable for the powder industrial field updated.
Of course, our company's history of such development is not limited to powder measuring instruments, it has covered a wide range of powder processing devices such as jet mills, air flow type classing machines, granulation machines, air flow dryers, air flow sterilizers, and powder spheroidization equipment. In addition, we have installed powder processing equipment developed in-house with a proven track record in the industry at the Tonegawa Plant and began full-scale contract processing work there. We have accumulated a lot of experience on powder material making with our customer requests, and as a result, it looks like a pyramid of storehouse for know-how of powder processing.
Our founder Ueda has always mentioned that the first in the industry should take on new challenges. The pride of our employees is creating tomorrow's Japan and the future of tomorrow. This spiritual mind is still alive as a driving force behind our development staff.
As well known, powder processing technology is used in all fields such as electronics, electricity, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food, and agriculture. Especially in recent years, there has been an increasing demand for functional powders that have never been seen before, and further development of this kind of sophisticated powder is strongly required. However, it is not easy to make such new functional powders by the present simple unit operational technology. Even though laying such difficult issues, Seishin Enterprise Co. Ltd., has tried to challenge to break through to actively reach the development routes for the making processes with hardware as well as software techniques. We are not giving up forever and continuing to create new technologies that can meet customers’ demands.
Now, keeping these advanced technologies in-house, our company has decided to contribute to the society by announcing many of them to outside the company as Seishin's advanced technologies.
