Degassing compatible automatic measuring auger filling machine WA75-AFM is a device capable of high-precision filling with a built-in load cell. By raising and lowering the bag and filling from the bottom of the bag, dust generation is prevented and sealing defects are eliminated.
The machine body has a structure that is very easy to disassemble, clean, and assemble, and the powder contact area are paint-less, making it ideal for filling food and pharmaceuticals. The touch panel operation makes it easy to set up the product type switching.
Filters and performed metal that were inseparable in the previous model can now be separated in the new model, greatly improving cleanability. The degassing filter material is made of "SUS316L".Suitable for filling any powder.
By attaching an optional degassing filter (which can be disassembled and washed), it is possible to prevent powder leakage and dust generation from the outlet.
