W-Type Mixer (SCM)
W-type mixer consists of 2 circular cones and a short cylinder. The apex angles of the conic parts are determined by the respose angle of the powder. 90 degree is standard. Movement of materials is similar to the ones in V type; under the effect of gravity and centrifugal force materials are mixed repeating interchange fall. Thus it is suitable for mixing fluid powders and can make a better final mixing state than V-type、though mixing speed is slower than V-type.
