Materials classified by a jet mill and air classifier are first sent with air to the upper vortex chamber, and then through the whole circumference slit in a whirl movement sent to the classification zone in a evenly stable concentration. The particles sent in the classification zone are influenced by two powers (centrifugal force and fluid drag). Coarse particles are moved to the outer wall, circles around the wall, then are sent to the collection bin, and are exhausted while air-sealed by rotary valve. On the other hand, fine particles circles with air between the guide wall and the classification cone, moves to the center, pass through the upper exhaust room, and are collected in the cyclone bag filter. Because this classifier does not have rotating objects such as a rotor, the classification point is adjusted with the air volume (the second air volume) which passes between the guide cone and classification cone or the gap between the guide cone and classification cone.
