Powerful Vibrating Sieve KG Type
Vertical vibration acceleration is twice as high as the existing type.
Processing amount is 2-4 times and the more difficult to sieve powders are the bigger the amount.
Noise is lowered more than 10 phones.
With clogging prevention tapping balls on the sieve, abrasion of tapping balls and screen is decreased. Therefore, larger foreign particles than the sieve opening hardly get in the products.
Even with highly adhesive, granular or viscosity materials, screen clogging is decreased.
The motor is a general purpose motor (safer, pressure-resistant and explosion-proof types are available). Frequency can be set between 1000- 2100 V.P.M.
It is light and compact, requires less space to install and is easy to move. Its sealed structure prevents fine powders from dispersing in the air and helps to prevent environmental pollution. Movement of the sieve surface can be changed to match the property of materials.
