SK Jet-O-Mill
SK Jet-O-Mill is a vertical jet mill which has a milling zone and a classification zone inside a milling chamber. It can produce ultrafine powders and very sharp particle size distribution. 6 models from several hundred g/Hr lab use to １ ton/Hr production use are lined up. Due to its structure, SK Jet-O-Mill is the most stuitable jet mill for adhesive powders and sold a lot to pharmaceutical, pesticide, and pigment manufacturers.
Model
Materials feeded to feed hopper are speeded up through venturi nozzle by a high-speed fluid discharged by pusher nozzle and enter into a milling zone. In the milling zone materials are crashed and milled each other by the high-speed fluid discharged from grinding nozzle and then are sent to upper classification zone. Fine powders are discharged from outlet of the classification zone and coarse powders pass through outside of the classification zone and then return to the milling zone.
