Rotating plate is directly attached to the rotor. Little losses compared to belt drive and more than 20% capacity up are achieved. No need for belt adjustment and less space for installation are required.
Materials put in the hopper on the top of the machine are constantly supplied to the mill by the feeder. The feed section of the mill has a magnet to remove irons in materials. Feeded materials are dispersed by air flow and the centrifugal force and milled by the projections on the rotating plate, the fixed platen on the door, and screen to be exhausted into a certain diameter through the screen holes.
