Classiel

Adjusting the number of rotation of the classification rotor and classification air volume from the guide vane, Classiel can easily control the sizes of classified particles in a wide range from submicron to several hundred μm. It can efficiently classify powders even at the capacity of several kg to ton/h.

Feature

  • Sizes of classified particles can be easily controled in a wide range from submicron to several hundred micron by adjusting the number of rotatin of the classification rotor and air volume.
  • Even at the capacity of several kg to ton/h, efficient classification is possible at the absolute collection rate of 60 - 90% for the particles which sizes are less than the target.

  • Due to its sharp classification, Classiel can be used in a wide range of high-function powder fields. It also can be used as an alternative for a sieving system to improve maintenacability and productivity.
  • It can classify fine powders with just a few foreign powders. The pass efficiency of a 44μm sieve in classification of ultrafine calcium carbonate powders is better than 99.999% without an auxiliary aid.
  • There are various models of classiels with various capacities. They are compact so that installation planning and work are easy.
  • Abrasion and adhesion resistance is considered sufficient in the structural and material perspectives to withstand severe operational conditions.
