Atomizer
The atomizer produces fine powders by high-speed impacts, consisting of a swing hammer and a screw feeder. Its main target area is tens of micron and it is used to make fine powders from various materials. It makes synergistic self-milling by crashing particles each other with high-speed disturbance in the air gap of lining as well as an interactive effect of crash, shear, crush and abrasive mill. The atomizing method makes the capacity of the mill = crushing ratio literally unparalleled and produces the economic efficiency for cost down.
