RPS-205
RPS-205 is a sonic sieving particle size analyzer which automatically puts sample powders, sieves them and cleans itself after measurement has finished. Up to 20 samples can be set and data storage and statistical processing are also possible with a PC.
Feature
- Sieveing and concurrent sieve cleaning
It has 2 hands inside. The right hand is to move sieves between the sieve weighing table and the sieving table, and to move sieves up and down. The left hand is to clean sieves after measurement and prepare sieves for the next measurement. Simultaneous sieveing and cleaning dramatically saves time. - Various kinds of powders measureable
Up to 3 patterns of sieves (up to 8 sieves/set) can be set. Combining sieves of different openings,various samples can be continuously measured. - Continuous measurement of up to 20 samples (standard)
Autosampler for 20 samples is built in and unmanned continuous measurement or automatic measurement during the night are possible. - On-line measurement
Incorporation of the autosampling device, automatic carrier device, automatic splitter and collector in the line enables on-line measurement.

Sieve Cleaning Shell
Sieve cleaning shell is a new feature of RPS-205 that cleans sieves by inverting a shell. This increases stability of operation more than inverting sieves only. Cleaning in an enclosed space also improves measurement environment.
When inverting sieves, sieves are completely cleaned with 4 functions: ①brushing back sides of the sieves ②2 sieve frames ③aeration on?top and bottom of the sieves ④vacuuming from bottom to top of the sieves.
