MT-1001
Multi Tester can measure most of the important factors for powder evaluation, particle design, and mill system and powder transportation system design. For the analysis and the characteristic values of measurement, Kawakita equation and Carr's index are used. MT-1001 is also applicable to bulk density measurement complying with JIS standards.

JIS-Z-2504：Metal powder, JIS-K-5101：Pigment, JIS-K-6721：PVC, JIS-K-6891：Resin molding compounds, JIS-R-6126：Artificial abrasives, JIS-K-7365：Plastics(ISO－60) For the tap density measurement complied with United States Pharmacopeia(USP-24) - USP-24 is equivalent to the Japanese pharmacopoeia. Tap density
measurement method based on USP-24 is required when exported to the
USA.
MT-1001 complies with USP-24 by attaching optional parts. - Adhesive force and flowdability can be evaluated from Kawakita's equation.
- Single sample slot prevents samples from scattering and makes cleaning with vacuumm cleaner easy.
- Measurement methods and conditions can be easily changed.
- Reproductivity and accuracy are very high and variation from measurer to measurer in the measurement results is little.
- Measurement status can be seen through the front transparent acrylic door with the light inside.
- Sieve vibration strength is adjustable.
