PE powder as modifier for FRP premix
FRP stands for Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastics. It is a complex material of reinforcing agent such as glass or carbon fiber and thermosetting resin (polyethter resin etc.) and has high intensity and properties (water proof, rust prevention, corrosion and weather resistance) that general plastic does not possess. Due to such good properties and easy casting, it is used for?various?purposes such as building materials, electrical members, swage treatment facilities, corrosion-resistant equipments, materials for agriculture, forestry and fisheries. FRP is a material for daily?living.?It contains many additives as well as fibers and thermosetting resins as reinforcements. One of the additives is PE powder as a modifier.
